Passed away at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of Sydney Edward. Loving mother of Gary (Sara) and Joanne Malm (Sheldon). Cherished grandmother of Nathan, Jacob, Zarah and Ashlee.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Patricia to Halton Health Care.

Dearest Zarah: I am so sorry to hear about your grandma. I was so sure she would get better and come home. This is so sad. You took such great care of her, you were always there for her, just know you are the BEST grand daughter in the world. Your grandma had a great life. She is in a better place now watching over you. Give your grandpa and your mom a great big hug. See you soon.

I’m very sorry to hear about Patricia’s passing. She was a great lady and it was a pleasure taking care of her in rehab. My thoughts are with you all. Rest In Peace.
