In Celebration of

Olga Perrone

December 19, 1930 - June 17, 2025

With deep sorrow the Perrone Family is mourning the loss and celebrating the life of our beloved Olga Perrone who passed away peacefully at the age of 94 on June 17th, 2025.

All who knew her described her as the kindest and sweetest woman they ever met who was strong in her faith and totally devoted to her family.

Predeceased by her dear husband of 57 years, Leonard Perrone, Olga was the loving mother of four boys: Michael (Joanne), Jim (Barb), Len and Paul (Christy). Proud grandmother (Baba) of thirteen grandchildren: Nicole, Jacqueline, Philip, Daniel, Gaelen (Simon), Jillian, Christina, Alicia, Joseph (Cindy), Anna, James, Thomas and George. And she was the great grandmother to the three newest editions to our family: Edison, Penelope and Francesca.

She will be sadly missed by her extended family and friends who may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke (between Kipling and Islington Ave.) on Tuesday, June 24th from 5 - 8 P.M., with prayers during this visitation starting at 7:40 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 3914 Bloor St. W., Toronto, on Wednesday, June 25th at 11 A.M., followed by an interment at Assumption Catholic Cemetery in Mississauga.

Immediately after the interment the family would also like to invite family and friends for lunch at the Canadiana Restaurant at the Six Points Plaza, 5230 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke.

If desired, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, The Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

Auntie Olga will certainly be missed. She was a true example of resilience and fortitude. At family events she was always the quiet one that everyone made sure they said hello to. I remember how truly kind and gracious she was to me. She never failed to ask me how my family was and always how I was doing. I recall the very first time I tasted her Cabbage rolls. I thought, 'this isn't Italian, but boy 'o' boy it's good'! Rest in peace dear Auntie and God bless.Johnny Perrone.

Heartfelt sympathy to my dear cousins and family. Dear Auntie Olga was a truly kind, gentle, caring, sweet Auntie. Her eyes were loving and sparkley. We were very blessed in our family to grow up with our Perrone cousins, Auntie Olga and Uncle Leonard, Granny and Uncle Jim. We are blessed with so many fun loving memories.

Loui and I are thinking of you all at this very difficult time. My sweet Auntie Olga was always smiling and happy. It was obvious how much she loved her family as she beamed with pride. She will be greatly missed and we are sending our sincerest condolences to you all during this time. May she rest in peace!
