Olga Mitic (nee Nieczyporuk)

Olga Mitic of Okotoks, AB, passed away on June 18, 2017 at the age of 82 years.

Olga was a loving mother and grandmother of two children and eight grandchildren. She was a women of strong faith and dedication. She was passionate about helping children and volunteered on mission trips to build orphanages.

Olga is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Lisa Mitic of Calgary, AB and Richard and Pamela Mitic of London, ON. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, Allison (Brendan) Sawatsky of Calgary, AB, Nathan (Amanda) Mitic of London, ON, Emily Mitic (Jonathan Petrenas) of Sudbury, ON, Leannah Mitic of London, ON, Victoria Mitic of Calgary, AB, Desmond Mitic of Calgary, AB, Anthony Mitic, survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law Peter and Marie Nieczyporuk of Oshawa, ON and Jacob and Elizabeth Nieczyporuk of Lancaster, PA and her sister Helen Nieczyporuk of Port Credit, ON. Olga was predeceased by her husband Milan Mitic and her two brothers Stanley Nieczyporuk and Paul Nieczyporuk. A Funeral Service was held at the Okotoks Alliance Church (322183 15th Street East) on Friday, June 23, 2017.

A Funeral Service will be held at Turner and Porter Funeral Home- Peel (2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, ON) on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 11 a.m. Graveside service to follow at Springcreek Cemetery, Clarkson Rd, ON. Reception at Peel Chapel to follow the graveside service.
