It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Nadia (Maksymuk) Hajdajtschuk at Humber River Regional Hospital on January 12, 2021 at the age of 89. Nadia was a devoted mother, grand mother and great grandmother; proud of her Ukrainian heritage, and the foundation of a supportive and flourishing family. Loving mother of Robert Hryniak (Susan Mandryk), Oksana (Wayne predeceased) Smith and Larysa (George) Radewych; dear Baba to her grand children Glenn (Anna-Michelle) and Jeff (Teryn) Smith, Joshua (Marlene) and Peter (Sarah Brown) Hryniak, Lydia, Anton and Helen Radewych; and great grand-children Abigail, Charlotte and Luke Smith, Ariel Hryniak, and Petra, Elliana and Danika Smith. We will deeply miss her laughter, kindness, generosity, wisdom and great strength.
A celebration of life for Nadia will be held at a later date.
Death is a great distance away but not the end. We will all be together again, and we will rejoice in our reunion.
