In Celebration of

Burkhard Moeller

June 6, 1958 -  January 14, 2019

Burkhard Moeller passed away in his home surrounded by his family on January 14th 2019.

Dear husband of Katharina Moeller. Loving Father of Anna-Christina Rubino (Adam), Rebekka Fry (Christopher), and Constantin Moeller.

Caring grandfather of Zoey, Lukas, Erika, and Noah.

Burkhard is survived by his sister Mechthild Thielemann, his brother Martin Moeller, and his aunt Johanna Kuesel.

Burkhard was passionate about his family, music, enjoyed to travel and was a great support to all who knew him. He was able to design and create whatever was needed.

Burkhard was a devoted organ builder, who was a master of his trade. He loved to build, tune and maintain pipe organs.

In lieu of flowers donations towards St. George’s Lutheran Church, or the Canadian Lutheran World Relief would be appreciated.

Jesus says, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.”

Dear Moeller family, I am deeply saddened by your loss. Through all these years that you have been members of St.George’s it has been very evident that you are a very tight knit family and that Burkhard had a great deal of love for each of you and you for him.
Burkhard was not only an important part of your family but as you know, he was so very important to our church family. We all will miss Burkhard greatly. Burkhard contributed to our congregation in so many ways, very often he worked behind the scenes and we were not even aware of all that he was doing for us. Many of us did hear and see some of the things he did: the music, the kind words, the listening, the helping hand, the good advice, the sharing of knowledge and the ability fix it and make it work.
We are all blessed to have had Burkhard in our lives.
My prayers are with you, may your burden during this difficult time be lightened by happy memories.

So very sorry for your loss! But just imagine the organ he was called home to play! I was very excited and proud to call Burkhart my friend and family!

To Katharina and all her family,
I am very sad to hear of Burkhard's passing. His dedication to servicing our organ has been a great blessing to us and those talents of his will be missed. A life ended too soon, and a great emptiness to those left behind.
God bless Burhard and God bless you his family.
