In Celebration of

Mijo Mike Kralj

November 28, 1931 -  June 13, 2018

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our much loved husband and father Mijo Mike Kralj, in his 87th year. Mike passed peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family who cared for him. He is pre-deceased by his two brothers and two sisters in Croatia. He will be greatly missed by his wife Ana, with whom he shared 64 years of happy marriage; son Boris with wife Kathleen; daughter Mira; relatives and friends in Canada, Croatia, and Australia.

Mike was a gentle, gracious, caring, giving, humble man of great strength and resilience, a strong work ethic, and a big loving heart. He put his family first and was an inspiration to all of us. He was respected by all who knew him.

Mike was gifted with skilled hands and a creative mind and could build and repair everything. He was an avid gardener and active contributor to Croatian Club Karlovac where he was a member for over 30 years. Mike will forever live in our hearts.

Visitation will be held at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of QEW) on Friday, from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. Prayers 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at the Church of the Croatian Martyrs, 4605 Mississauga Rd., on Saturday, June 16, 2018, at 9 a.m. Interment Assumption Cemetery.
