It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Michael Oleksuik at Milton District hospital on February 18th, 2021 at the age of 81. Michael was a loving husband to Nettie Oleksiuk, father to late Stephanie Oleksiuk, Christine Mezzabotta and son in law Peter Mezzabotta, grandfather to Angelina Mezzabotta and Victoria Mezzabotta and brother to William Oleksiuk, Iris Delazzari, Peter Oleksiuk, Joanne Read and Eugene Olekisuk. Michael was also a loving uncle and friend to many others.

Michael enjoyed spending time with his family and loved to indulge his grandchildren. Michael encouraged his friends and family to always work hard and never give up on their dreams and instilled the value of a good education, which is something we will remember forever.

Michael also loved to spend time outdoors, being in nature, and always willing to lend a helping hand.

The family would like to thank the care team from Care Partners and the LHIN as well as the staff from Milton District Hospital for all their hard work and support.
