It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Michael McBride, at the Ian Anderson House Hospice in Oakville, on Thursday, March 5, 2026, in his 58th year. Beloved husband of Anne for over 25 years. Loving father of Sean and Madelynne. Loving son of John (predeceased) and Mary McBride, and loving brother of Joanne McBride. Michael is and was an amazing husband and father. He loved nothing more then his family. He had a passion for military history and politics. All that knew him knew he loved a good conversation and debate. Michael will be greatly missed for his sense of humour and sharp wit. After a life well lived Michael left this world, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter ‘Neweduk-Erin Mills’ Chapel, 1981 Dundas St. W., Mississauga (east of Erin Mills Pkwy), on Wednesday March 11, 2026 from 2-4, and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Merciful Redeemer Catholic Church, 2775 Erin Centre Blvd., Mississauga, on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 10 o’clock.
