<div itemprop="description">Peacefully, on October 14, 2015, surrounded by his family and dearest friends. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Bridget, of 60 years, niece Peggy, and nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces in Canada, USA, UK and Ireland. He will be dearly missed by his &ldquo;little adopted family&rdquo; Michael, Mary, Ryan, Maria, Lindsay and Aisling McManus. Predeceased by his sisters Annie May Marshal, Mary Manning and brothers Tom and Paddy Jo. Michael was born on October 5th, 1931 in Menlough, County Galway, Ireland and arrived in Canada June of 1957. Mike loved life and lived it to the fullest. He will be remembered for his dedication and involvement in Toronto&rsquo;s Irish Community; St. Mike&rsquo;s Hurling and Football Club and Toronto&rsquo;s GAA Club. Friends may call at Turner &amp; Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St W, Etobicoke (between Islington and Kipling Aves.) on Sunday, October 18, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church, 3055 Bloor St. W., Toronto. In memory of Michael, donations may be made to the Toronto Humane Society.</div>
