Dear Jean and family.

It is with profound sadness that I found out about Maurice's passing. We worked closely together for many years at PwC and I highly valued his contribution to the financial affairs of the firm, his wise counsel and most all his kindness and friendship.

My deep condolences to you and your family,

Allan
