October 1, 1986 -  September 11, 2021

Passed away suddenly, Saturday, September 11, 2021, in Mississauga at the age of 34. Cherished son of Jack and Cassandra. Adored brother of Zak. Much loved stepson of Gail O'Donnell. Matthew will be missed by his goddaughter Katie Hamilton.

We cannot express our deepest condolences enough through words. I was lucky enough to be in Matt’s presence and his positive outlook on life is an example to all of us. God gained an angel last Saturday who will forever be watching over us. To Jack, Cassandra, Zak ,Gail and our extended group of friends I am always here for you guys and together our strength will guide us through this difficult time . Had lost touch since with Matt due to moving to the States. The last time I saw Matt was for my birthday around August, 1991 in Windsor. Met him along his Mother ( Cassie), Grandmother (Marie Pokrywa) and Zach at the Holiday Inn on Riverside Drive in Windsor. Grandma treated us to dinner at The Other Place.

I’m sorry for your family’s loss. I never met Matthew, but Jack spoke with great love in his voice about his kids and I see all the love and support coming from the football pool for your family. Matthew was loved and will be missed by a lot of people.
