Peacefully, at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, on Tuesday August 28, 2018, at the age of 89. Born November 30, 1928, in Hanover, Ontario, Mary was the daughter of Joseph Schlatman and Mary McSherry and was predeceased by her 7 brothers and sisters. Beloved wife of the late Andrew Moorhouse Thomson (1994). Mary is the loving mother of John (Diane), William (Margaret), Andrew (Sonia), Heather Curry (Len) and Catherine. Proud Grandmother of Alexander (Jessica), Evan (Sarah), Corine (Andrew), Joshua (Sylvia), Kyrsta (Daryl), Alysha (Stefan), Brian (Dana), Sarah (Daniel), Caitlin (David), and Kevin. Dear Great-Grandmother of Xavier, Aria, and Quinn. Fondly remembered by many other family and friends. The family would like to invite all to the visitation at the Turner & Porter ‘Neweduk-Erin Mills’ Chapel, 1981 Dundas St. W., Mississauga (east of Erin Mills Pkwy), from 2-5pm on Monday September 3, 2018. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday September 4, 2018, at 11 am. Interment Springcreek Cemetery.
