Passed away peacefully at Princess Margaret Hospital on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 in her 64th year. Beloved wife of Jiri for the last 19 years. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W. (between Kipling and Islington Aves.), on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 from 12 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel, at 1 p.m. For those who wish, donations may be made to The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation or to the Cancer Research Society. on line condolences may be made using this website.
