It is with great sorrow, we announce the peaceful passing of Marića (Mary) Gasparović on February 7, 2026 at St. Joseph's Hospital, surrounded by her family, whom were blessed to know and love her.

Marića was the best Wife, Mother, and Grandmother (Baba). She was a beautiful and bright soul.

She could turn ordinary days into extraordinary memories with her bright smile and laughter. She had a sweet, generous, and welcoming spirit, which brought warmth to those around her. She found her sweetest joy in the simple act of loving and caring for her family and was the very heart of her home.

Whenever a helping hand was needed, she was there. Whenever guidance was sought, she offered thoughtful and constructive advice. She provided a haven of love through her selfless devotion and unwavering strength.

She lived with a deep commitment to her family, friends and faith. Her life was a testament to kindness, leaving behind a legacy of love that will forever be cherished by those who knew her.

She was the beloved wife of her late husband Steve (Stjepan). She was a kind, compassionate and devoted Mother who will be loved and remembered by her daughters Mary Ann and Diana, her son Frank, her son-in-law Gaetano and her daughter-in-law Viktoria.

She was also a Grandmother (Baba) to Ashley, Serina and Albert, whom she was so proud of, whom she cherished, and loved beyond measure.

Marića will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her many family members and friends here in Canada and Croatia.
