In Celebration of

Mary Frattini

July 8, 1930 - October 12, 2025

Mary Frattini (née Orlando), born in Toronto on July 8, 1930, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2025 in her 96th year. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Gordon, with whom she shared 71 wonderful years of marriage.

Mary will be remembered for her sharp memory, love of Bridge, passion for travel and dancing, and her exceptional cooking. At age 54, she proudly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Toronto—a testament to her lifelong curiosity and determination. Above all, Mary lived for her family.

She leaves behind her devoted daughters, Jean Belluz (Paul) and Sue Hawdon (Tim), and her cherished grandchildren: Christopher (Liz) and Mark (Clover) Belluz; Joel (Nancy), Josh (Nicole), and James Hawdon. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Beckett, Brooks, Luca, Penny, Ace, Leo, and Evie.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the compassionate caregivers at The Village of Erin Meadows in Mississauga for their kindness and support.

A private funeral will be held and the family appreciates your thoughts and prayers during this time.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada (https://app-hsfdonation.heartandstroke.ca/) would be gratefully appreciated.
