Dear Michael, Donna, Michael Filipe and Annika
We are so, so sorry to hear about the loss of your mum and grandma. I don't believe that there are any appropriate words that one can say when you have just lost a special someone you loved, who had been part of your whole life. However, we are thinking of you all and hope that in remembering her funny stories and her laughter, it will help you during this sad time. Love Susan and Paul
