With great sadness we announce Martha's passing on the morning of March 20, 2020 at Mount Sinai Hospital at the age of 97.
Martha was an outgoing eternal optimist, who found ways to relate to any stranger she met. She could evoke a smile, some self acceptance, or a healthy perspective on whatever trying situation an acquaintance might be facing. A great cook, she went out of her way to help others and is now profoundly missed.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, a small, private interment took place on March 27th. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
