Passed away at home in Etobicoke surrounded by his loving and caring mother Ida and his brother Nick on November 2, 2017 at the age of 53. Predeceased by his father Nicola and older brother Tony. Will be lovingly missed by his many aunts, uncles and cousins. Adored uncle of Phillip. If desired, donations can be made to the Diabetes Foundation.

My deepest condolences to the entire family . I remember Mario as a devoted friend to my brother Cosimo. I went to school with Tony and Cosimo went to school with Mario. We were both fortunate to have shared many happy memories with this family. I am away in Roseto Pennsylvania and walking down Garibaldi Avenue , remembering his Grandmother Carmela and the happy days when we were all visiting our families in Roseto at the Same time. While I am away in the USA , I feel that I am paying my respects to Mario in front of Carmela's home in PA. I feel for all of you at this time and I hope that God blesses this loss with courage and strength. Fondly Antonietta.
