Peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family at Copernicus Lodge on Friday July 28, 2017. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 53 years, Stefan Polinkiewicz. Dear mother of the late John Polinkiewicz (Ala), Agnieszka Taras (Tadeusz), Teresa Scheffler, Danuta Mlodzinski (Waldemar), Lorraine Marosek. Cherished grandmother of 13 grandchildren and great grandmother to 36 great grandchildren and 2 great great granddaughters. Survived by sister Antonina Puzio. Pre deceased by sister Veronica. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane Subway, on Sunday from 2 - 4 p.m. & 6 – 9 p.m Prayers at 3:30 p.m Funeral Mass will be held at St. Casimir’s Catholic Church, 156 Roncesvalles Avenue, Toronto on Monday, July 31, 2017 at 10:15 a.m. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
