February 19, 1934 -  May 17, 2022


Passed away peacefully, on Tuesday May 17, 2022, at Villa Forum, at the age of 88.

Beloved wife of the late Jose. Loving mother of the late Joe (Alice), John (Louise) and Maria (Nelson). Loving grandmother of Robert, Kevin, Jennifer, Cynthia, Mark and Nelson and precious bisavò to Juliette, Mattéo, Taylor, Grace, Harper, Delilah, Charlotte, Isabelle and Lawrence. Maria will be forever remembered for her infectious smile and heartfelt hugs.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Thursday May 26, 2022 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday May 27, 2022, at 11:00 a.m,, at Ss. Salvador do Mundo Catholic Church,1212 Melton Dr, Mississauga followed by an interment at Assumption Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Donations in memory of Maria may be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
