It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Maria De Fatima Fernandes Melo, at Dorothy Ley Hospice, on Monday, September 26, 2022 at the age of 54.

Beloved wife of Francisco De Melo for 19 years. Loving mother of Jennifer and Jeffrey Pires Rocha, and stepmother of Brian, Eric and Melanie Melo. Cherished grandmother of Zayla Williams, Zamylia Rocha, Jax Melo Kwiecien and Leo Melo Kwiecien. She will be dearly missed by her family and many friends.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Monday, October 3, 2022 from 4-8 p.m.

Funeral Service will be held at St. John’s Dixie Cemetery (“Magnolia” Room), 737 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 2 p.m., with Interment to follow on the cemetery grounds.
