April 21, 1935 - August 13, 2016

Passed away peacefully at Trillium Health Partners Mississauga Hospital on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at the age of 81. Cherished wife of the late Mario. Adored mother of Joseph and Antonio (Carmela). Much loved Nonna of Matteo and Samantha. Maria will be sadly missed by her late brother Joe his wife Pina, brother Domenic his wife Julie, Sister Ida husband Domenic, brother Jimmy wife Angie, brother Vince, Sister Clara husband Mario, Sister Silva husband Cosimo, and all her nephews and nieces. Friends may call Turner & Porter Peel Chapel (2180 Hurontario Street, North of the QEW) Monday and Tuesday from 6-9 pm. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. Catherine of Siena (2340 Hurontario St.) Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. Entombment at Assumption Cemetery. If desired, donations can be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital.
