Maria passed away on March 23, 2020 at Etobicoke General Hospital at the age of 99 years. Loving mother of Mary Baynton, Tina Fraser (Bob), Jack Gouveia (Bernadine), Karen Sampaio (John) and Joe Gouveia. Cherished grandmother of 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and one to come.

It is so very sad that because of this COVID-19 virus, I can't be there for my own aunt's funeral to see her one last time or get to say farewell to her. My heart is with my all of you. She will be fondly remembered always. Love, Hugs and Kisses to all until we get to see each other again. My deepest sympathy.
