Margaret Mary Martinec passed away peacefully, on July 26, 2023, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, at 84 years of age. She was predeceased by her sons John and Gerald. Beloved wife of 65 years to Joseph. Devoted mother of Janice (Mark), Joseph, and Michael (Jennifer). Adored Baba to Shelby, Ty, Keegan, Alec, and Courtney. Dedicated parishioner at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Church.
Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel (2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga) on Wednesday from 6-9 pm - Rosary prayers 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be Thursday, August 3, 2023, 10:30 a.m. at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church (5255 Thornwood Dr., Mississauga, Ontario). Interment to follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery (6933 Tomken Road, Mississauga, ON).
