Dear Gayle,
Our deepest sympathies to you and your family. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Margaret will always be in our hearts. Margaret was a brave, courageous, kind and beautiful person. Love Alison and Bernie xoxo
I got to know Margaret through the Get-A-Way Gang in the mid-80s. Though the GAG disbanded in 2000, we kept in touch. Margaret was a source of inspiration. I hear her voice in my head ... her chuckle. I miss her.
Our deepest sympathies in the loss of your mom. She was best friends with our mom Margaret Mckenzie and we are grateful for her companionship with her during her last few years. We are sad for you. She was a genuinely kind person and friend. She was very proud of all of you. Her eyes shone when she talked about her grandkids
Gayle,
Please accept our heartfelt condolences. From your family stories, we have pictured her as a warm and vibrant person, and have been inspired by her approach to life. Our love, thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

This is very sad news. I saw Margaret last fall at Humbertown and enjoyed catching up with her for a while.
In the long time I knew her, she was always smiling. Margaret had positive things to say, showed interest in my life and experiences, and shared advice and stories about her interesting life with me. I worked with her at MacInnes Pharmacy as a high school student, and she was always "one of the girls/young spirits". I really liked her. So easy to talk to, so easy to laugh with. I will miss seeing her at Shoppers in the Kingway and in the neighbourhood. I'm happy to have known Margaret. Warmly, Jane Kristoffy
