Margaret Elizabeth (Libby) Jack

April 16, 1937 - February 14, 2020

Passed away peacefully, on Friday, February 14, 2020, at the Humber Reactivation Care Centre - Church Site, York, ON, in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Graeme. Cherished Mother of Cathy Armster (Michael), and Cynthia Many (Richard). Proud and loving Nanny to Graeme Armster (Kelly-Anne), Matthew Armster (Michelle), and Brian and David Many. Libby will be fondly remembered by all her nieces, nephews and family members, as well as her many friends and former colleagues.

Friends may call at the Turner and Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga (Hwy. 10, N. of QEW), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., on Wednesday, February 19, 2020. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, February 20, 2020, at 11 a.m. Private Interment Little Lake Cemetery, Peterborough.

We met "Libby" and Graeme years and years ago when we had our Island Cottage across from their Mainland Cottage (about 200 feet), as well as their Families and Friends from Mississauga and the Lake.
We were fortunate to have shared many delicious meals (Libby -Terrific Cook) as well as lots of laughs ,and wonderful memories.

Libby was such a gentle soul, she was my mom's sister and we spent many many wonderful family times together at the cottage on Clear Lake and at their Cottage on Crystal Lake. We shared the vision of Nursing together and she always inspired me when I was going to school in Toronto. Graeme and Libby's love has always been there for support through life's many ups and downs. We will miss you Libby but I'm sure Graeme was waiting for you to join him, probably has a new lyric or two for you and will welcome you into his arms.

Aunt Lib was such a beautiful lady - so many fond cottage memories and family gatherings in our earlier years. A great story teller who used to have everyone in laughter. She will be missed dearly by everyone, with deepest sympathies to the family.
