Lucille Rose Smith

November 17, 1916 -  May 31, 2017

In her 100th year, Lucille died peacefully, at William Osler Health Centre, Brampton, on May 31, 2017. She was a loyal and loving companion of George A. Smith for 47 years, until his death 19 years ago. She is survived by her son Shane Smith, former daughter -in- law Teresa Smith, and their children Jeremy, Alyssa and Jeannine Smith, whom she dearly loved. She was known by all as a gracious lady, and a caring, giving friend. She touched many people's lives in her 100 years, and will be missed by many. Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W. (between Kipling and Islington Aves.), on Sunday, June 4, 2017 from Noon, until the time of a Celebration of Life Service, in the Chapel, at 1pm. Interment will be on Monday, at Park Lawn Cemetery, at Noon. For those who wish, donations may be made to The Lung Association, or a charity of your choice.
