In loving memory of Lowell Earl Peever, 79 years. Lowell passed away peacefully at Humber River Regional Hospital on July 18, 2019. He had suffered a hemorrhagic stroke in April 2006 and never really recovered. He has spent the last 13 years in long term care. Beloved husband of Barbara Procter. Loving father of James Peever (Sonja Peever), Karen Peever (Matt Casey), Grandfather/Papa to Haley, Devin, Connor, Abbigail and Riley.
