nee Pecile

November 14, 1964 to April 15, 2020

Passed away peacefully at Bethell Hospice on Wednesday April 15th, 2020. Lisa was the beloved wife of Kevin Mossop, mother of Aiden Mossop, daughter of Eddo & the late Bianca Pecile, sister of Dan Pecile (Kristy) and cousin to Sylvia Mindo (Leandro) & Dennis (Wendy) Fedoriw. Lisa leaves behind many cherished friends, nieces and nephews, and adopted brothers Christopher Braun (Holly) & Mark Braun (Mandy).

Some of Lisa’s talents were knitting, sewing, and home design & decor. She used these talents to bless others with one of a kind scarfs, blankets, and crafts. Lisa enjoyed the simple life, what she cherished most was her friends and family.

Lisa had a heart for service. She was a social worker by training who loved helping others, especially children and youth. Lisa was a beautiful light in the lives of all who knew her. She was loving, caring, understanding, giving, and sincere. She was always sensitive to the needs of others. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, grace, generosity, and beauty. Her beautiful spirit shone through her big blue eyes. We are thankful she is no longer suffering and we know that she is in Heaven. She will be missed.

The family would like to thank the Trillium Health Partners Hospital, Wellspring Chinguacousy Cancer Support Center, and the Rexdale Alliance Church family for their love, generosity, and support.

A celebration of life service will be held at a future date.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Wellspring Chinguacousy Cancer Support Center (link below).

Our family will miss this cherished woman of God and friend. She is now hearing the words, "Well done, my good and faithful servant. Welcome into your Master's happiness!" We pray for God's comfort and strength for Kevin and Aiden during this time of grief and mourning over their tremendous loss.
