Happy Birthday Les❤ Words can't describe how we are all feeling right now. Thank you for all the wonderful memories and making my mom the happiest she has ever been. You treated her like a princess and taught her so many valuable life lessons. You will be greatly missed but never forgotten. I promise you that I will be there for mom and help her get through this difficult time. We will celebrate your life and birthday today remembering all the fun memories we shared together. Where ever your next life's journey took you I hope you are reunited with all your loved ones and you will continue to look after us from above 🎂🍻

Leszek, you were the most open minded Polish person I have ever met. You were the best thing that has ever happened to my mom. You loved her so unconditionally, revealing the side of mom I have never had the privilege to know, until you. Our road trip to Thunder Bay and Nakina was the best time of 2016 for me. We spread your best friend's ashes into the lake with Northern Lights illuminating our prayers.Your best friend and my best friend, Craig, died 2 days apart and we felt the same grief during that trip. Your stories were endless and priceless. You taught me so much. All wildlife clearly loved you. I bought you the Back Roads of Ontario book you wanted for your birthday, thought it would have been a nice surprise. Tonight, we were going to sit down at 5pm for your birthday dinner, instead we touched your body resting in peace. You looked peaceful and you are now in Bliss. Please help us get through missing you. Please give my mom strength to heal. Kochany Leszku, bede o Tobie myslec codziennie do konca mojego zycia.

Thank you for everything you did for me. You taught me so much! I will forever be most grateful to you.
Rest In Peace Beautiful Soul.

"Czesc Bracie"

Leszek, there are no words to describe my feelings of sadness and sorrow because of your sudden and unexpected death. Your friend Brian, who was with you last Thursday, expressed a profound disappointment that he couldn't save you...he will always miss you.

From an early age you were a free spirit, a traveler. First your annual trips back to Poland, then to the Manitoulin Island and The Soo with Leslie, and then many other trips abroad and from coast to cost of Canada, with your dear friends Brian and "Butch".

While growing up in Poland, I protected you when you picked fights with much bigger kids. When we came to Canada, in '74 and we didn't speak English, we were each other's best friends. You always called me "Sister"...many years later you turned to me during some difficult personal times and I was happy to be there for you...

Last time I saw you, you hugged me, kissed the top of my head and said, "it will be all right, Sister". I hope that you are "all right" now, reunited with mom. You were a premature baby, her "Gift from God". She was always worried about you and tried to protect you until the day she died, this past February 26th. You will be forever with her...

You were a loyal friend to many, and I know that you were grieving the loss of your best friend, "Butch"...I hope that the two of you find one another and set up the game cube for a round of golf, watch a game, or enjoy a day of fishing...

You loved Northern Ontario, where you and your friends took the annual fishing trips; your wish was to be with "Butch"...Witek, and I will take a small part of you to the place you enjoyed the most, Nakina...

Finally, I hope that you are re-united with mom and dad, your grandparents, cousin Iwona, and other relatives and friends that have passed before you...I hope that you are in a good place, at peace, and listening to the music of Scorpions...I hope the fish are biting.

Rest in Peace...Czesc Bracie, until we meet again on the other side...your "Sister"
