Passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at the Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga, Ontario.

Beloved Husband of Cay Thi Pham. Loving Father to Huyen Thi Nguyen (Bieu Dang), Nga Thi Nguyen (Paul Rawling), Thuy Thi Nguyen (Kevin Young), Anh Thai Nguyen (Loan Lam), Hang Thi Nguyen, Yen Hoang Nguyen (Tram Le) and Huong Thu Thi Nguyen (Vincent Lim). Dear Grandfather to Pauline Ann, Chelsea Ann, Evan, Jenny, Ryan, Kevin Tai, Kayla, Jillian, Brandon, Dylan, Morgan and Sofia. Friends may view at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St. Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of QEW) on Monday February 15, 2016 from 6pm -9 pm. Funeral Mass at Ss. Salvador do Mundo Catholic Church ( 1212 Melton Dr. Mississauga ) on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Assumption Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to Princess Margaret Hospital or Credit Valley Hospital.

It is always painful to lose a loving member of your family and your father will be truly missed, but remember that he will continue to live on in your hearts and in our prayers. Unfortunately we will not be able to attend the ceremony on the 16th but our thoughts and prayers will always be with you in these difficult times.
