After a short battle with lung cancer, Krystyna passed peacefully on February 25, 2023 just shy of her 96th birthday. Please check the biography link for details of her life.

Prior to her passing Krystyna asked that those coming to celebrate her life dress in colour with an abundance of laughter, just as she lived.

Pani Krysia was a dear member of our Wawel Villa Family for many years and a very special close friend to other residents in our Home, including my mother (for which I am personally grateful). All of us will miss your smiling face and sense of humour.
