Passed away peacefully at her residence on January 13, 2022, at the age of 87. June was the daughter of the late Ivy and Charles Weir. Beloved wife of William “Bill” and cherished mother of Sandy (Monica), Leigh (Ford), Craig (Cheryl), and loving grandmother to Jamison, Jonathan, Cole, and Reilly.

The family wishes to extend their thanks to the personal caregivers, nurses, and staff at Evergreen Retirement Community who lovingly supported and cared for her.

Due to Covid restrictions, there will be a small gathering of immediate family at Turner and Porter on Monday, January 24, 2022, and a Celebration of Life will be held later in the Spring.

June will be laid to rest in a small cemetery in Muskoka.
