Matthew, I am so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. It's very hard to lose a parent, but the grief does pass in time. Cherish the the fond memories and the love of a parent as you celebrate your Mom's life. Please accept my sincere condolences.

When words aren't enough to describe the lasting love and impression she left on me.
I have so many special memories of Judy.
Her amazing tin of Christmas cookies she'd send home with Matt for us.
Her never ending generosity of providing Matt and I with unlimited paper towels and ziplock bags.
Her never ending supply of basil and tomatoes!
... it's the small things that will never be forgotten.
I know we'll all meet again. And I promise to help take care of Matty forever, even from so far away. xo We love you.

We are so sorry to hear of Mrs. Salvadori's passing. She was Shannon and Charlie's first teacher at Father Serra and made a profound impact on them. Her hard work, patience and caring nature made the adjustment to school very smooth. She always went above and beyond and we truly knew she cared about them. Her dedication to teaching and contributions to Father Serra are remarkable and we felt fortunate to have her as their teacher. We also enjoyed our early morning chats in the field while the dogs ran around and played. Mrs. Salvadori always had a smile on her face and was so interested in what the kids were up to. We loved hearing her stories about the dogs, the upcoming wedding and the first grandchild. She was a very special lady who will be greatly missed.

We were blessed to have this lovely soul care for our children for four years of our lives. The role of a JK/SK teacher is so utterly important - instilling enough trust into an individual to take your child and begin to shape and mold them into the blossoming individuals they are. This is what Judy chose to do all these years - and so well! I can hear her voice calming mine as I grew frustrated with teaching my kids to read 'They're just children, they're just learning. Be patient. It will come'. I can feel her hand on my shoulder for those mornings I'd drop my children off with tears streaming down my face. I can hear her words directing me to 'Go home and put your feet up and have a tea'. I can see the smile appear on her face as I walked in to visit her in her last few months. These memories are forever. Her teachings will stay in my heart and in the hearts of my children. She will be missed. We are blessed to have had her in our lives.

What a dear friend she was to everyone at Father Serra. She welcomed me to the school with her smile, wisdom and banana bread! She was always ready to bake for me any my kids. Her chocolate chip cookies did not make it longer than a day! Our morning chats, and recently volunteering in my class; Judy you will be missed!

I have so many beautiful stories that we lived together. I want just write about something I just found out after her death.
On her bedside table in the drawers she kept pictures of all the classes she did teach at Father Serra. She loved so much little children!
I am heartbroken that she cannot see her grandchild Jude go to Kindergarten!!!!

another story i can share is about her fight with the cancer in the last 6 months.
I could tell she was experiencing gigantic pains but she never said..she always said no pain not to upset us.
