It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our sister Judy, who peacefully left us after a brief illness on Friday, February 24th, 2017. Predeceased by her parents Lillian and Lorne (Hap) Shields, and brother Allan Shields. Beloved sister to Joyce White (Carl), Lorna Mangano (Sebastian), Jill Reid (Lynn), Andy Shields (Mary) and Tracy Shields (Doug Staver). She will be missed by her nieces and nephews; Amy, Jason, Chris, Emily, Tomas, Willy, Lars, Al, Catherine, Brittany and Brianna and special grand-nieces Ashley and Megan. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane subway, on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. On Saturday March 4th, 2017, visitation will be held from 2 p.m., until the Memorial Service in the chapel at 3 p.m. For those who wish, donations made to Pathways to Education (www.pathwaystoeducation.ca) in Judy’s name would be greatly appreciated.
