Passed away peacefully, on Saturday, November 17, 2018, in her 98th year at Eatonville Care Centre in Etobicoke. Devoted wife of the late Carl. Loving mother of Dianne (John), Carl Jr. (Lorri) and Chrissy (Lawrence). Cherished Nanny of Jeannine, Adam and Matt. Special thanks to the staff of Eatonville Care Centre. Friends may call at Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W. at Burnhamthorpe on Saturday, November 24, 2018 from 12 pm followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1pm. Interment Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Woodbridge.

I met Aunt Josie thru my marriage to her nephew Rick Herod.
She was truly a beautiful and very loving person. She made you feel very welcomed in her family. Rick passed away a few years ago and now is reunited with an aunt he loved. Rest in peace Aunt Josie, you will be truly missed. Just like Rosie and Rick you were truly an angel on this earth. ❤️
