Passed away at his home at Copernicus Lodge on Saturday September 11, 2021 in his 96th year. Beloved husband of the late Lucyna, loving father of Diane Poloczek and her husband Zbig, Wendy Dukelaw and her husband Frank, predeceased by his daughter Barbara Berthiaume & survived by her husband Maurice. Dearest grandfather of Kathryn, Christine, Robert, Carly and Amy and great grandson Oliver. A private mass and interment will take place. For those who wish, a donation to Copernicus Lodge or Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated to the family.
