We were very saddened to hear of the passing of your dear step-father and grandfather, a long-time and dear friend of our late father, Roman Plawuszczak, still from England after the War. We were always happy to have Josyf join us for important family occasions, Ukrainian Christmas and Easter, where he would recall his childhood back home, his many life experiences and travels, the happy times together with our father and their friends both in the UK and here in Canada, his love of music, playing the mandolin and the piano (he sang beautifully and remembered so many songs!). We will never forget his storybook backyard with its magical garden and how much, like our own late father, he loved to work with his hands and to help others. Eternal Memory! Our deepest sympathies to all of you - may you find comfort in your cherished memories and the love that never ends!
