Passed away with his family by his side on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at the age of 89.

Beloved husband of Guilhermina. Loving father of Ana (Brian), Isabel, Victor (Julie) and Diana (Bryan). Much loved grandfather of Daniel (Gabby), Nicole (Andrew), Lucas; Julian (Kristen), Joana, Jacob, Schavena; Jonathan, Madelyn, Marcus and Emma.

The family will receive friends at the Turner & Porter Neweduk Chapel, 1981 Dundas Street West, Mississauga (just east of Erin Mills Parkway) on Monday, September 8, 2025 from 4 – 8 p.m., with remembrances shared at 7 p.m. Funeral mass and interment to be held in Portugal.

In lieu of flowers, if desired donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
