
Passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at the age of 89. JB will be greatly missed by his loving wife Gladys; sons Ronald and wife Elizabeth, Warren and wife Loretta, and David; daughters Corinne and husband Keith, and Terry. He will also be missed by his eleven grandchildren Jordan, Jennifer, Leslie, Ian, Eleanor, Laura, Grant, Sarah, Hannah, Alex, and Christian as well as the Tavares family, the Williams family, and other relatives and friends. JB was a founding member of the Jamaican Canadian Association, an accomplished bridge player who achieved Life Master Status in the American Contract Bridge Association, and was an accomplished bowler. He was a respected medical technologist and laboratory manager at Connaught Medical Research Laboratories for 28 years. He was loved by all for his kind heart and his generosity. The family is grateful to the staff at Leisureworld Mississauga for taking such excellent care of JB for the last year and a half. For every soul who ever cared for JB we thank you.
