Hold fast to the memories of good times together, his spirit goes on with us. Love and affection to all the Norman family, from Kathleen & Sky
It is with great sadness that I heard of John's passing. He was a wonderful man, mentor, an excellent principal and was a genuinely caring man.
He always was proactive for students and staff in promoting education. He will be dearly missed.
I am so saddened by John's passing. He was a wonderful man to work for and with. Even after he left West Humber C.I. he kept in contact with me. Last June he took me out for lunch at a restaurant on Runnymede and then we drove around his old stompin' grounds and he pointed out where he grew up, his high school and all the other points of interest in the neighbourhood. I am so glad I had that afternoon to share with him.
Sincere condolences to the family.
