John has been an inspiration for myself and an amazing role model for my three children. His quiet, caring manner never failed to bring happiness and calm. His faithfulness to what he believed to be good and true was apparent in all that he did. He and Ursula were a team that always brightened our street with generosity and an eagerness to help out in whatever way they could. His delight was always evident when children visited and his work ethic was noteworthy around the neighbourhood!
Thanks very much. John, for all our happy memories of you! We will miss you very much!
Ursula: My deepest sympathy on the loss of your dear husband, John. The obituary portrays a beautiful life well lived. As your family and friends gather may you be consoled by the sharing of memories. You are in my prayers that the loving Heart of Jesus may be gentle consolation to you all.

Dear Ursula, Anne Marie, Valerie, Brian, John Paul and Families:
Please know that we share in your sorrow over the loss of your dear John. John was simply the nicest human being you could ever want to meet. We admire and love you both and the beautiful family you have raised. To be honest, I've always had a little secret crush on him. His grace and kindness can only be matched by yours, Ursula. May God hold you all in His hands during this sad time.
Love,
Sean, Susan and Family

Sp sorry to hear of John's passing. He was a very lovely man who had a great smile and easy to approach. He was very generous in allowing his wife Ursla to volunteer for the Sisters of St. Joseph as well as being very generous to the community. I know he will be missed by his family and many friends. May he rest in peace. Sr. Georgette
