Prof Nairn--you were an inspiration to me as a Pharmacy student and I will continue to always look up to you. You were a support to us as students and I always enjoyed your honesty, your dry humour and your smile. You will be missed.

In 1948, twenty-five men and two women came together in Toronto as the first class in the history of the University of Toronto's Ontario College of Pharmacy to pursue a four-year Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree. Graduating in 1952, the members of this class took various paths forward - retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, and teaching. One of those who chose the academic teaching path was Dr. Graham Nairn, a classmate of mine in that class, and in recent years together with a few other alumnae, a close friend.
To say that Graham will be missed seems somehow completely inadequate. This world needs more Graham Nairns.
My sincere condolences to the Nairn family. Dr. Nairn (or as he always insisted on calling him Graham) was lovely, caring, down to earth, with a wonderful sense of humour. He was a true gentleman. I feel privileged to have known him. Rest in peace "Graham".

A professor who will forever hold a very special place in my heart. Someone who had lived life to its fullest; by examples, had instilled virtues and values in all of us to reach for our full potential in life.
Prayers for him and his families
Sincerest condolences to the family. Professor Nairn was a great teacher and had a profound influence on his students.
