Passed away at the Village of Humber Heights on Sunday May 22nd, 2022 at the age of 95. Beloved husband of the late Jeannette Di Fonzo. Loving father of Phillip (Sheila), Joanne, John (Lee), Nancy (Brian) and Christopher. Proud grandfather of Rachel, Christina, Jonathon, Joshua and David. Cherished great grandfather of Connor, Andrew, Nathan, Benjamin and Molly. Survived by his brother Harold (Gail) and sister, Anna (late Al). Dear brother of the late Alec, Carl (June), the late Ron (Hazel) and the late Anthony (late Louise). Johnny will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Friends may call at Turner and Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke (between Kipling and Islington Ave.) on Thursday May 26th from 2-7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Friday May 27th at 930am at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, 1144 Royal York Rd. Interment at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. For those who wish, donations may be made in the memory of John to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
