It is with deepest regret we announce the sudden, yet peaceful passing of John Hunt at St. Michael's Hospital on Wednesday, August 15, 2012. John was in Northern Ontario filming an episode of HUNT TV, doing what he loved to do. Beloved husband of Julie and treasured father to Cody, David and Mary Jean. John leaves behind a large extended family including his father David Hunt Sr. and his siblings Debbie, Cathy, Pam and Stuart. Fondly remembered by his uncles: John Bailey, Edwin Hunt and Barry Hunt and their families. Also left to mourn is Julie's mother Mary Bochin, sisters Mira, Diane, Cindy and their families. John now joins his beloved mother Jean. John will be remembered as a strong and good hearted person who lived life to the fullest. ROGER THAT!!! Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. West, at Windermere, east of Jane Subway, on Monday, August 20th from 1-3 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, August 21st at Kingsway-Lambton United Church, 85 The Kingsway.
