In Celebration of

John Charles Broll

March 14, 1963 -  December 30, 2019

It is with heavy hearts that the Broll family announces the unexpected passing of John Charles Broll on December 30, 2019 at the age of 56. John was the beloved son of Lorene Broll and the late John Broll, and loving brother of Glen Broll (Heather). He leaves behind Carla and his sons Johnny (Victoria), and David. John was a loving son, brother, father, uncle and friend. John dedicated his life to his sons Johnny and David, and was their biggest fan on the ball field or on the ice. John was an athlete in swimming, baseball and hockey and an overall sports enthusiast. John will be dearly missed by his family and friends. When you think of John celebrate the good memories you have of him. In lieu of flowers charitable donations can be made to CAMH in memory of John Broll.

To my cousin John,
You were like a brother I never had. We spent many special times together as children growing up and through our teen years . These special times continued with our families when we gathered together as adults. Our family has many great memories of times we spent together. You will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with the Broll Family in this difficult time.
Love,
Scott, Cathy, Jennifer and Laura

Carla, John, Victoria and David ,
Words can’t express the sorry and emptiness that I feel inside of me over the passing of your father and friend John. He was our best friend, the guy you could always count on for a good time, a laugh and a story. “Brolly”,( as he was often affectionately referred to) Always enjoyed life to the fullest. Playing Euchre, sharing meals, drinking rye and ginger, and always recounting stories of youth, was something we always looked forward to. He was loved beyond measure and will be missed more than words can say.
