Surrounded by her family on November 23, 2023 at the age of 90, Johanna passed away peacefully. Beloved wife of 53 years to Jozsef (predeceased). Loving mother of Joseph, Elmer, and Steve (Katrina). Nagymama to Andrew, Rachel, and Daniel. Predeceased by her siblings Aranka, János, Ágnes, Anna, and György. Praised for her kindness, cooking, baking, and sweet heart, she will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St W, Etobicoke, ON, M9A 1B6 (between Islington and Kipling Aves) on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 from 5 - 8pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Clement Roman Catholic Church, 409 Markland Dr., Etobicoke, ON, M9C 1S5, on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 10am.

Dear Steve,
we were so sad to hear of the passing of your beloved Mom. It is small consolation, but know that she is now with our Dear Lord and your Dad in Heaven.

My deepest condolences Elmer, Steve and Joe on the loss of you your mum. It is difficult to lose a parent and I am sure she appreciated all the time you spent with her in the long term care. She was a wonderful cook and always had a smile on her face when I saw her. I will always remember her christmas cookies and amazing goulash.
