It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of Jerry Kennedy at age 73. For almost two years Jerry battled his cancer like a warrior, but on July 24, 2021 gave up the fight, peacefully at home with his family by his side.

Loving brother of Ken (late Helle), Lynda, Mary-Jo Kennedy-Mageau (late Guy), Jimi (Ruth), Carol Sandberg (Blair), Dorothy, and the late Patrick (Carol), Richard (Sui) and Joseph (Lisa).

Due to COVID restrictions, visitation will be by invitation only.

Funeral Mass will be open to all and held at St. Christopher’s Catholic Church, 1171 Clarkson Rd. N., Mississauga, on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 11 a.m.

Jerry and I would often run into each other during our working days as we were both in the food business.
Remember my parents going to Jerry and Lori's wedding. A typical Kennedy blast.
Too many Kennedys in heaven now , but I am sure still partying.
Thinking of you Lori

Lori, Linda and I extend our deepest condolences to you and your family. During our short friendship through Applewood, it was Jerry’s smile and sense of humor that brightened many a day. Keith and I joked about trying to keep up with Jerry on the highways, and amazed that he never got a speeding ticket! He will be sadly missed by all. RIP my friend.
