He was an amazing man who always put a smile on my face. My favourite memories of him are when he would tell stories but would not be able to get through them because he was laughing so hard. I love him very much. He will be missed.

I remember I met him for the first time when he brought my emigration papers to Poland. With a big smile he said "don't be afraid Margret you will like Canada. He made me feel so welcomed and so special. Hes kindness, smile and love for other people will be missed.

One of the funniest men I have ever known

Greg Dabrowski (Lucky to be his friend)

I met Jan 35 years ago and for a time we were partners at work. Jan was a warm, compassionate man who loved life and exuded an energy that attracted people to him. He often invited me to his home after work and we became friends. Family and friends were very important to Jan, and my wife Ann and I were lucky to have been included in many of his "family" events over the years. Jan made the world a brighter place for all who knew him and the world's a little bit sadder without him.

Dobry Jezu, a nasz Panie daj mu wieczne spoczywanie.
Panie Janie, pozostaniesz w naszej pamięci jako miły, sympatyczny człowiek. Jeszcze słyszymy Twój ostatni głos w rozmowie telefonicznej.
Niech Zmartwychwstały Jezus Chrystus otworzy Ci Bramy Nieba, abys zasiadl z Nim na uczcie Niebieskiej.
Pozostaniesz w naszych sercach i modlitwach.
PS Maryjo, Matko Boga i nasza, otocz swą opieka Panią Eugenię.
