Jim was such a kind,friendly one of a kind Man.He will be missed dearly in our neighborhood. He always was there by his fence saying hi to me and my kids on the way home from school.Such a sweet man.Our deepest condolences to his family and brother Mike. The Geiers at 416.
Sincere condolences to Jim's family, his brother Mike and to his close friends Terry and Olya Sawchak. Iris and I have known Jim for more than 20 years. He has always been a kind and generous person. He loved our children and always treated them kindly when we were visiting Terry. We will remember him and his jovial demeanour fondly.

I'm sorry for your loss, Mike, and both Lynn and I will miss Jim. He was such a jovial person and I never heard him complain of anything or anybody. We miss him already.
